Thank you for considering fundraising on behalf of the Skin & Cancer Foundation Australia. It is through the generous support of individuals and organisations in the community that the Foundation can continue important research and education into skin disease and skin cancers.
Due to limited resources the Foundation is unable to assist in the coordination of your fundraising initiative or fundraising event, for example, administration, solicitation of prizes or ticket sales. All management of the fundraising initiative or event including bookings, record keeping, donations and financials should be coordinated by you.
We are, however, a member of “My Cause", and through this website you can allocate your donations to the Skin & Cancer Foundation Australia. They will assist with the administration of your fundraising campaign and preparing receipts to ensure tax deductibility.
Please complete the Fundraising Registration Form (below) and return it to the Business Development Manager to gain approval for your fundraising initiative. Once we have confirmed your approval to fundraise you are able to solicit donations, support or gifts-in-kind on behalf of the Foundation.
We can provide you with a logo to use on your website or marketing materials. Suggested wording for your fundraising activity includes: "Proudly supporting the Skin & Cancer Foundation Australia's Research" and/or "All profits raised will go towards education and research for the Skin & Cancer Foundation Australia." All marketing materials and advertisements must be approved prior to publishing.
